Here is Nicolas holding his first toy.  This weekend he found his hands and likes to look at them...but he still has discovered that he doesn't have to hold them so close to his face that he goes cross-eyed!  And last Thursday he started to kick the toys on his jungle mat so they would make noise.  He's becoming such a big boy!

We visited with friends last night who have a 2 1/2 week old little girl...and I couldn't believe that Nicolas was ever that small.  It is so strange to think that he's grown so much in such a little time!
